On March 14, a massive joint recruitment fair was held at the Jingjiang Lecture Hall, featuring over 70 employers and attracting nearly 1,000 graduates. The event was a collaborative effort between EIE and six other colleges, attended by Party Secretary Zhu Yan and other university and local leaders.
Highlights of the Fair:
Strategic Collaboration: The event emphasized the "University-Local Government-Enterprise" linkage.
Internship Bases: Five companies, including Jiangsu Huitong Group, were officially designated as "Jiangsu University Student Employment Internship Bases".
AI-Powered Resume Guidance: A standout feature was the "AI+ Resume Diagnostic Zone". Students used AI systems to "diagnose" their resumes in real-time. Mentors also taught students how to use the DeepSeek platform to refine their resumes using natural language prompts.
Service to National Strategy: Booths were set up to consult on the "Western Program" and "Rural Revitalization Plan," encouraging graduates to work at the grassroots level.
