Three Colleges Visit Jurong for Job Expansion and Counselor Salon

On June 6th, EIE, the Energy Research Institute, and the Automotive Engineering Research Institute visited Hezheng Special Equipment Co., Ltd. in Jurong for a "Visit Enterprises to Expand Jobs" activity and a joint Counselor Work Salon.

Deepening Industry-Education IntegrationThe delegation toured the company’s showrooms and workshops. Shen Hui, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office, emphasized that government-university-enterprise synergy is key to regional economic development.

Innovating Employment ServicesDuring the salon, counselors from the three institutes shared their specific strategies, such as "One Student, One Policy" assistance and "Professional + Enterprise" dual-mentor internships. EIE counselors presented the "Three Chains, One Heart" employment system. The activity resulted in preliminary agreements for joint internship bases.
