To further show care and boost the confidence of students preparing for the 2022 postgraduate entrance exams, EIE held an "Encouragement Ceremony" on the afternoon of December 9th in front of Student Community Building F6. Attendees included EIE Party Secretary Zhu Yan, Vice Deans Xu Leijun and Du Yi, Mengxi College Counselor Qiu Yuqian, graduating class counselors, and student representatives. The ceremony was presided over by Ye Tao, Deputy Party Secretary of the EIE.
During the ceremony, Zhu Yan highly commended the students' hard work and perseverance. She pointed out that EIE’s "Five-Level Support System"—comprising leadership coordination, departmental guidance, mentor leadership, counselor support, and peer role models—serves as a solid backup for all candidates. She shared four hopes for the students: to stay committed and fight to the end; to plan time scientifically for maximum efficiency; to maintain physical and mental well-being for a calm mindset; and to participate in exams with integrity.
Following the speeches, the college leadership distributed care packages to student representatives. Each student received a box of milk labeled with the message "Success in One Attempt, A Bright Future Awaits." The leaders offered words of encouragement and warm smiles to cheer the students on. The event concluded with a group photo, after which counselors distributed the remaining supplies to all exam candidates.
EIE attaches great importance to supporting students during their exam preparation, providing guidance, mock exams for core subjects, and psychological counseling to build confidence and foster a supportive academic atmosphere.
