Teachers and students of EIE went to Ningbo, Zhejiang to carry out the "College Students Entering Famous Enterprises" visit

From April 19th to 20th, a group of teachers and students from the School of Electrical Engineering of Jiangsu University came to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. College counselor Wang Yuanyuan led a team of undergraduate and master's students to carry out a two-day activity for college students to enter famous enterprises and participated in Ningbo City's " The "Come to Ningbo" talent fair will make every effort to promote the smooth employment and early employment of 2023 graduates, and also lay the foundation for deepening the supply and demand matching of employment and education for 2024 graduates.

On the afternoon of April 19, electrical students came to Haitian Plastic Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and visited the corporate culture exhibition hall and workshop. They learned about the development history and industrial structure of Haitian Group, learned professional knowledge about the injection molding machine industry, and interacted with the company. The HR manager communicated and discussed the job application requirements.

On April 20, electrical students participated in the Ningbo Spring Talent Fair and visited Ningbo Yongxin Optics Co., Ltd. in the afternoon. The heads of the Yongxin Optical Research Institute and the Components and Instruments Division introduced the overview of Yongxin Optical's R&D system and technological development from different aspects, and encouraged the students to start from the basics from the company's personal growth experience and career development process. , do a good job in accumulating knowledge, take a long-term view, and do the immediate things. During the question-and-answer session, the students spoke actively, and the business ministers answered the students’ questions.

This event for college students to enter famous enterprises was an eye-opener for the students and fully mobilized students' initiative and enthusiasm for employment. Through on-site visits, students have a more practical understanding of corporate operation concepts and current job requirements, which is beneficial to further clarifying career planning and making sufficient psychological preparation for successfully entering the workplace in the future.
