EIE held a workshop on the construction of growth guidance courses

On October 26, EIE held a seminar on the construction of the student growth guidance course in the meeting room 313 of the electrical building. Zhang Fen, deputy director of the School Work Office, Yang Zongkang, director of the student growth guidance center and other teachers were invited to attend the seminar. Ye Tao, deputy secretary of the EIE Party Committee, counselors and student representatives attended the seminar. The seminar was hosted by Ye Tao. At the meeting, Yang Zongkang reported the overall situation of the EIE college students' growth guidance, Ye Tao reported on the EIE's initiatives and plans for future work on behalf of the EIE, and the instructor of the growth guidance course and Chen Jiayi, the student representative of the optional growth guidance course, reported their feelings and suggestions on teaching and listening to the course. Zhang Fen highly affirmed the implementation of the student growth guidance course, and put forward several suggestions: first, hold a research room work salon to promote the resonance of the school and the college, and improve the ability and quality of teachers; The second is to widely collect students' opinions and suggestions on the teaching of academic growth courses, analyze and summarize them, improve the teaching level, and jointly promote the healthy growth of students; The third is to condense the good experience and practice of teaching academic guidance courses, and strive to achieve the two-way rush and win-win development of teachers and students. 

According to the requirements of one-stop student community construction, EIE will strengthen the analysis, summary and research of student growth guidance courses on the basis of listening to students' opinions and suggestions, find out scientific and reasonable methods and systems and mechanisms, and effectively improve students' sense of gain and satisfaction.
