The School of Electrical and Information Engineering successfully held the Alumni Association Representative Conference and Innovation Development Seminar

On the afternoon of October 23, the Representative Conference of the Alumni Association of EIE and Innovation and Development Seminar was held in Room 404. The vice president of Jiangsu University went all out, the former president of Nanjing Institute of Technology and vice president of Jiangsu University Sun Yukun, the current leadership team of EIE, representatives of old leaders Lang Qianshan, Zhao Dean, Liu Guohai, Zhu Huangqiu and some alumni representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhao Wenxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of EIE.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zhu Xiaoyong, Dean of EIE, expressed a warm welcome to the alumni returning to school on behalf of the school. Briefly introduced the college's career development achievements in recent years, and reported on the preparatory work of the alumni association of EIE. The alumni spoke freely, reviewed the beautiful campus time, and expressed their care and affirmation for the career development of the school and college. They have expressed their willingness to provide strong support for the development of the university and college, and look forward to more cooperation with their alma mater. Afterwards, the old teachers of EIE gave speeches respectively, and everyone once again recalled the past teaching career and the learning career of the students, and shared the relationship between teachers and students.

At the meeting, the vice president fully expressed the warm welcome to all alumni on behalf of the school, and highly affirmed the Institute's development achievements in recent years. It is hoped that EIE, as a Institute of agricultural engineering disciplines, will further clarify its positioning, strengthen cooperation between industry, university and research, and make greater contributions to striving for a first-class discipline in agricultural engineering.
