The School of Electrical and Information Engineering held the ninth school congress and the eighth research congress representative election meeting

On November 1, EIE held a meeting in Room 415 to elect the representatives of the ninth academic congress and the eighth research congress. Representatives of students, graduate students and elected candidates of the Institute of Electrical Information Engineering attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Xie Keming, the rotating chairman of the student union.

After the previous recommendation and nomination, there were 32 candidates for academic representative and 10 candidates for research representative. After the secret ballot and differential election at the General Assembly. There were 23 student representatives for the Ninth Student Representative meeting of the Institute of Electrical and Information Engineering, and 7 graduate students for the Eighth Graduate Representative meeting of the university.

Students of the Institute of Electrical Information Engineering can actively participate in the election of representatives of the student congress and research congress. The student congress and the postgraduate congress are platforms for communication between university, colleges and students.
