The school of EIE held a sharing and exchange meeting of outstanding students successfully

In the afternoon of September 20th, 2019, the School of EIE held a sharing meeting of outstanding students in the small hall.

Ye Tao, the deputy secretary of the party committee of the college, and Zhang Dongyang, the counselor, attended the sharing session. Moreover, representatives of excellent students and all freshmen in class of 2019 also attended the meeting.

During the sharing meeting, representatives of outstanding students, Xie Yuxi, Zhang Jianfeng, Yang Liying, and Wang Yiming introduced some practical projects to the freshmen of grade 2019, such as Paid internship projects in USA, national college student electronic design competitions, China-Japan-Korea summer innovation engineering design projects, science and technology innovation visit projectst in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and so on. Moreover, they encouraged freshmen to actively participate in practical activities and integrate learning and life perfectly. Also, representatives shared their overseas learning and competition experiences with freshmen.

The interesting learning experience and the challenging video games made the freshmen full of interest, and the applause was long and loud. In the end, Secretary Ye has put forward four requirements for freshman: Love the party and the country, strictly observe discipline, learn to manage, and focus on the main business. He hopes that the freshmen should devote their energy to the study life of the university as soon as possible.

The purpose of this sharing and exchange meeting is to help freshmen to better plan university life through sharing with representatives of outstanding student, and to devote themselves to the university's study life as soon as possible in a full state of spirit. At last, they can work tirelessly to realize their university ideal.
