On the afternoon of October 18, 2019, at the invitation of the School of EIE, Li Zhouqing, the senior engineer of the product planning department of Zhejiang Longxin Electric Drive Technology Co., Ltd., gave lectures to 16 undergraduates majoring in electrical engineering and automation (including excellent classes) in the 105 classroom of our school's electrical building. Some of the teachers and electrical engineering graduates of the School of EIE also attended the audit.

This lecture is the "New Technology Lecture for Electrical Engineering", with the theme of "The cooling scheme for electric vehicles with high power density motors". In light of his own work, Minister Li introduced the significance of improving motor power density, common measures to improve motor cooling, water-cooled motor related technologies, and oil-cooled motor related technologies. Throughout the lectures, the students gathered to listen and kept taking notes. In the final interactive session, the students actively asked questions based on their own learning situation, and Minister Li also patiently answered the questions in detail.

This lecture was presided over by Professor Huang Yonghong. She first introduced the study and work experience of Li Zhouqing. Senior engineer Li Zhouqing graduated from Shanghai University with a master's degree in electrical engineering. After graduation, he has been engaged in the development of new energy vehicle motors. He has worked in Shenzhen BYD. Automobile Co., Ltd., Automotive Engineering Research Institute of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd, and Huayu Automotive Electric System Co., Ltd. Li Zhouqing has rich experience in motor design engineering and has obtained more than ten national patents. Finally, Professor Huang Yonghong summed up the course and encouraged the students to lay a solid foundation in the school, work hard and study hard, and strive to become an elite in the future. Through this enterprise expert classroom teaching activities, the students' horizons have been opened up, and the students' understanding of the majors, especially the new courses of electrical engineering, has been deepened, and the students' interest in learning has also been stimulated.
